OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
To make sure that our meeting remains a positive experience, whatever is the stemming, we defined a process of recruitment in 3 stages which takes place within a period going from 2 to 3 weeks:
STAGE 1: INTERVIEW WITH ONE OF OUR HR CONSULTANTS
You've sent your resume/application and you 've been contacted by our recruitment department for a first interview:
- This first meeting shall allow you to express your ambitions and motivations.
- The AUBAY HR Consultant, in charge of your application, can validate your qualifications and assets, and if necessary propose you a second interview.
STAGE 2: INTERVIEW WITH YOUR FUTURE MANAGER
- This second interview shall provide you with a great opportunity to exchange and establish un real contact with you potential future Manager. So, you can evaluate together and in concrete terms your will to go forward.
- At the end of this meeting, you can be brought to meet a Technical or a Account Manager.
STAGE 3: THE EMPLOYMENT PROPOSITION
- This proposition will mark the mutual will to work together and will fix elements relative to your salary, in your date of entry as well as to the type of contract.
- Your employment contract will then be established. The HR Consultant will send you the whole information needed for your first day at AUBAY.
